If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery. You may request a store credit or an exchange within 14 days of reception of the product.
Shipping charges are no refundable. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Lulouby does not offer refunds.
Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of your purchase, please contact us right away as it will not be able to be adjusted after that. If the item is final sale it can not be cancelled.
Each country’s customs department reserves the right to inspect parcels and an inspection could delay your order.
International orders (shipped to countries outside of Canada) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and with the original tags attached and original packaging.
A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged if items are not returned in its original form and or without tags.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost.
Every order will be processed and shipped out within the next 1-3 business days (weekends are not included) You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Ground Mail (unless you select otherwise) and will take 5-8 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive within Canada.
You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package as soon as the order is shipped. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date, please email us at info@lulouby.com
Please track your packages. Lulouby is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned “delivered” by Canada Post.
